Dilapidated Buildings & Graffiti Assessment: Community Safety & Well-Being Initiatives
An assessment completed for a municipality local to Saskatchewan, to explore root causes for dilapidated buildings and graffiti in the community. For both components of the project (Dilapidated Buildings & Graffiti), our team completed the work in three (3) phases; Phase 1; Research & Review; Phase 2; Stakeholder Engagement; Phase 3: Final Report & Recommendations.
Community and Stakeholder Engagement for a
Multipurpose Recreation Facility
Community engagement enables us to listen to residents' and stakeholders' concerns while demonstrating the impacts and benefits of economic development projects. Incorporating this into future planning and infrastructure projects inherently builds deeper, stronger relationships which are often tested when spaces or facilities are being built or renovated. The Impact Group has access to resources including an Architectural firm for conducting specific assessments related to buildings and spaces. Please reach out to our team for more detailed information and project sheets.

Community Association Review & Development Project
This Project was completed in two phases; Phase 1 included the development of a new community association and Board of Directors for The City of Regina (Harbour Landing). In Phase 2, we conducted an assessment of all 27 community associations in Regina, to identify the impact and hurdles community associations encounter in providing recreation, cultural activities, safety activities and advancement of the City of Regina's Official Community Plan.

Jurisdictional Gap Analysis: Mental Health, Addictions & Houselessness
In a Saskatchewan municipality, we conducted a jurisdictional gap analysis to better understand what health services are available, what challenges currently exist in the service model and to identify new opportunities for improvement. This research project was geared to investigate, and conduct multiple layers of engagement and develop recommendations for harm reduction strategies and programs that can be implemented in the short and long-term future in the community.
