Community and Stakeholder Engagement for a
Multipurpose Recreation Facility

Community engagement enables us to listen to residents' and stakeholders' concerns while demonstrating the impacts and benefits of economic development projects. Incorporating this into future planning and infrastructure projects inherently builds deeper, stronger relationships which are often tested when spaces or facilities are being built or renovated. The Impact Group has access to resources including an Architectural firm  for conducting specific assessments related to buildings and spaces. Please reach out to our team for more detailed information and project sheets.

This research project was geared to investigate, and conduct multiple layers of engagement and develop recommendations for harm reduction strategies and programs that can be implemented in the short and long-term future in the community.
